Add a log file accessible from the customer side front end to show issues on sources

I am blind to what is occurring when adding a new source,  refreshing or rebuilding a source.  When there are errors, I need to open a case and wait several days for a response.  Some of the issues could be my error (pw error, typo in source URL, etc).  It would save time and help me understand what is wrong.

    The log browser has been added to Cloud V2 for this purpose. the change is to major to be brought to Cloud V1 as well.

    Visibility to back end logging would very helpful when trying to debug a conversion script as well.
