Detect Angular JS framework and adapt to it (history problems)

Both Coveo's JS ui and Angular JS have a module that pushes states.

For Coveo, it is the History Controller. Both frameworks are pushing states independently and it results in erratic behavior in a browser.

Since Angular is already used on many websites, it would be a great idea to have some sort of verification process that detects the presence of the Angular framework and redirects our pushes to their module, thus eliminating the the two competing modules.
